Nelson is an eclectic, mountain town known for its colourful characters, outstanding food and unique small town vibe. We recommend coming here at least the day before your tour starts to check out the local scene and warm up your legs at Whitewater Resort.
Our lodge is accessible only by snowcat. All guests meet at our office in Meadow Creek at 4pm on arrival days. From there you will be shuttled to the lodge in 2 groups of 12 at approx. 4:30 and 5pm along with your luggage.
On the morning of your departure, the first snowcat leaves the lodge at 7am, followed closely by the 2nd. Do not expect to be on the road to your next destination until 8:30am. When booking your flights, please allow for the timing on our end. Due to our remote location and the logistics involved, transportation outside our regular schedule may not be possible and will be subject to a surcharge.
